How I Help Clients Stop the Food Noise
I offer affirming, individualized nutrition therapy rooted in a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach. I work with clients of all sizes, genders, races, abilities, and identities, helping them define health on their own terms.
My goal is to support a more peaceful relationship with food. Together, we’ll challenge rigid rules, dismantle the “good” vs. “bad” labels, and explore how food can nourish your body and your life, both physically and emotionally.
I use evidence-based care and an all-foods-fit approach, delivered with compassion, clarity, and a bit of humor.
What I Believe:
Food is deeply personal, not just fuel.
Nutrition should be flexible, inclusive, and empowering.
Everyone deserves access to factual, shame-free nutrition support.
Your relationship with food matters as much as what’s on your plate.
