As an in-network, billable provider through BCBS of Illinois, I will submit all claims on your behalf. If you have any questions regarding coverage before our initial session, I can provide a script of questions to ask your insurance company to ensure clarity.

To ensure that you receive the best care possible, I reserve your scheduled appointment time exclusively for you. Therefore, I kindly request that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. In the case of cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will incur a 100% billing charge. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late to a session, I will cancel the session, and a 100% billing charge will apply. It is important to note that in the event of a no-show, you will also incur a 100% billing charge.
