“I began seeing Nikki a little over a year ago, and working with her has been wonderful! She is body positive and has taught me to see all food as fuel rather than separating into “good/bad” or “healthy/unhealthy” categories. Instead, she encourages me to eat the foods I love and also add other foods that can fulfill my nutritional needs. We’ve also worked on reframing my mindset around food and weight loss, trying to uncouple those ideas and focus on the ways in which food allows my body to function regardless of whether or not I lose weight. Working with Nikki has greatly improved my relationship with food and my body. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dietitian who approaches their work with compassion and kindness.”
